Thank you for shopping at Pawsome Planet. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Opened or used grooming products for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Any item that is one full price will not be able to refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at pawsomeplanetsales@gmail.com.
