1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We deliver to all states and territories including metro and regional areas.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Available Australia-wide
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Available to major metro areas
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
6. Delivery Issues

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
